The Colorado Helping Disabled Veterans Foundation (CHDVF) is dedicated to supporting and advocating for Colorado Veterans, military retirees, active-duty Service Members, National Guard, Reserves, and their families. We work collaboratively with public policy makers to ensure that Veteran issues and concerns are addressed with the urgency and respect they deserve. Through education and outreach, we inform Colorado citizens about the unique needs and invaluable contributions of our military community. CHDVF is committed to meeting the critical needs of Veterans in five key areas: transportation, housing, family support, homelessness, and mental health, empowering them to achieve stability, well-being, and a high quality of life.

Our Mission
At Colorado Helping Disabled Veterans Foundation (CHDVF), our mission is to meet the needs of Colorado Veterans in five key areas: transportation, housing, family support, homelessness, and mental health, empowering them to achieve stability, well-being, and a high quality of life. In addition, CHDVF aims to ​support and advocate Colorado Veterans and military retirees to work with public policy makers to ensure proper support for Veteran issues and concerns. Lastly, to inform and educate Colorado citizens of the needs and high value contributions of Veterans, military retirees, active-duty service members, National Guard, Reserves, and their families to the community.
